From Bern, Switzerland. I probably should look up the meaning behind it, but I sort of prefer not knowing at all. And laughing….
What it particularly odd is how “civilized” Switzerland is perceived to be. Such an odd place to see something like this. Europe does provide some occasionally truly strange items.

That is the most awful statue I have ever seen. Why would someone make that? Would be interested to know the story behind it though.
