After my last tongue-in-cheek look at one of the villages on the island of Tobago, I thought I had better make clear that this is a really lovely little island (seriously — no sarcasm this time). Probably best done by seeing a couple photos of kids smiling here, which should make anyone want to come visit.
I have written before about how I am usually afraid to ask people to take their photo, but not kids. Thank goodness kids love to have their photos taken.
On an entirely different note: I have been releasing the Lucky 13 interviews on Tuesday and Thursday, but given the holiday in the States this week, I am going to wait till next week for the next two. And I think I have decided to switch to Tuesday and Thursday for them from here on out.
I am headed back to Colombia in a few days to write and work on a few projects. Looking forward to getting out of the more expensive Caribbean area and back to cheap land. Both areas are great though. I enjoyed the heck out of my time in three new countries for me. Grenada, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, and Trinidad and Tobago. I haven’t counted in a while, but I am thinking that gets me somewhere near 60 countries in my life so far. Don’t think I have crossed that bar yet, but might need to get a world map out.

Love these photos, Michael. Like your photo of the kids in Zanzibar, you captured them well.

thanks Jodi and Aygelina – appreciate the complements. Apparently kids are some of the few portrait type shots that I can pull off well at this point. Thank God there are so many cute kids willing to post, if you just show them the shot afterwords!
Awww, great smiles! I actually smiled looking at the second pic:) good job Michael and have a safe trip to Colombia:)
