However, there is quite an irony to this interview. I am actually working on putting together a newsletter for my site because of the conversation I had with you Michael. Then I read this. How timely!

Two weeks ago, I tried haggis (I’ve got a photo to prove it) and I have to agree with Andy – it was tasty. I had it at a Scottish festival here. However, I did learn something about it. FDA standards means you can’t have the same haggis here in the US that you can in Scotland so if you want the real thing, go there. And yes, I agree that you should try it and then read what is in it :)
