Welcome to Volume 2 of Best Travel Videos Around! (Check out Volume 1 here if you missed it.)
This is where I’ll share some of my favorite video finds from the past month or two. Because there’s just something about watching a great video that is so satisfying. And there are plenty of great travel videos out there.
Here’s what I’ve enjoyed watching lately:
Watchtower of Turkey
This video was made after a 20-day, 3500-kilometer trip through Turkey. The dramatic and incredibly beautiful video will make you want to pack your bags immediately – so don’t say I didn’t warn you. The video work in this is fantastic.

Around the World in 360 Degrees
Alex Chacon from Modern Motorcycle Diaries traveled the world for 600 days on his motorcycle, and at the end put together one of the most epic selfie videos ever. Amazing what you can do with a GoPro on a stick. I’m sure he has some stories to tell after this trip!
B.A.S.E Aerial Footage
Okay, so this is just a sneak peek of a documentary film about base jumping – where they’re using drones to get incredible shots of the jumps. Wow. I will totally watch this when they release it next year.

Lastly, check out this Desert Time Lapse over at the BBC.
